In order to remain completely impartial, we will equally split the profits made from these penalties with you. Our hope is that we can encourage guards to take responsibility for their actions and improve not only their skills, but the security industry as a whole. To ensure fairness and shared responsibility between parties, clients will be penalised for putting an agency under undue pressure to deliver staff at short notice, or in instances where security staff are sent home earlier than the pre-agreed time, leading to loss of earnings.
